How we think about this

The software handles routine administration. Your people lead the ministry.

You did not become a pastor to manage spreadsheets. Underneath every screen in this product are a handful of convictions about what may be done with a church’s information. They are written down here so you can hold us to them.

We do not guess about people.

Missing evidence stays missing. A Sunday nobody wrote down is not a Sunday people were away, so nobody is listed for one. When the record is too thin to answer, the product says so and names the Sundays it passed over.

Care is counted, never named.

On every ambient surface, a person needing care appears as a count and a link, never as a name. That covers the dashboard, the brief, and any digest email. It holds for the pastor's own brief too. Being the pastor is not what makes a surface safe.

A human leader is always in charge.

AI helps with interpretation, preparation, and explanation. Identity, permissions, money, custody, consent, and child safety stay with systems that do not guess. If the two ever disagree about one of those, the deterministic system wins.

Your church's information belongs to your church.

It is used to serve you. Not to build a dataset, and not to train a model on your behalf without saying so. We will never sell, rent, or trade it, and that is not a policy a later business need can revisit quietly.

Support access is never invisible.

Nobody gets standing access to your church's data by virtue of being the founder or the company. Support access is narrow, logged, time-bounded, and it closes when the reason for it ends.

Leaving is as easy as joining.

One-click full export, free, forever. Your people and everything attached to them go with you. Payment status never gates your export, your login, or a billing correction.

One price, printed on the page.

One plan with everything in it, never per person and never per seat. No contracts, no sales calls, no private equity. A real church plant starts free, and nothing is charged until you cross a line you can see coming.

What this will never become.

Naming what a product refuses to be is how it stays that way.

  • Not a chatbot that waits for you to invent the right question.
  • Not a loose bundle of disconnected features wearing one logo.
  • Not an outsourced church office. We do not run your follow-up or decide your pastoral priorities.
  • Not a company that builds custom software per client. Every church runs the same product.
  • Not a product that ships a promise its code cannot keep.
  • Not a beautiful demonstration real churches cannot safely operate.

There is a narrower promise about the AI in particular, five things it will never do, on the AI covenant.
